Terms of Service

Unfired.ai is an online learning platform that teaches practical AI skills through short lessons, challenges, practice tools, and certificates. Questions about these Terms: support@get.unfired.ai.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your region to use the Service. If you use Unfired.ai for a child (for example the Junior AI Challenge), you are responsible for supervising that use and for any account you create on their behalf.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@get.unfired.ai if you believe your account was compromised.

Paid access to the learner app is sold as a subscription. Plan names, intro pricing, renewal prices, and billing periods are shown at checkout and in Settings.

Payments are processed by our payment provider (CardTransaction). By completing checkout you also agree to the provider’s applicable terms for processing your payment.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You can cancel future renewals from Profile → Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

We may change prices for future renewals with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price for subsequent periods.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for personal learning during an active subscription (or free access we explicitly offer).

You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, resell, or publicly republish our lesson, challenge, quiz, prompt, game, or certificate content except for personal study or sharing your own earned certificate page.

Certificates confirm completion of Unfired.ai programs or tracks. They are not accredited academic degrees or professional licenses unless we clearly say so.

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, harassment, attempts to break security, abuse of AI usage limits, or automated bulk extraction of content.

AI chat, image, and Listen features may send prompts and related context to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or ElevenLabs) to generate responses. Outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete—review them before relying on them for work decisions.

You remain responsible for how you use AI outputs. Do not submit confidential third-party data you are not allowed to share.

You retain rights to content you submit (for example quiz answers, profile details, prompts you type). You grant us a license to host and process that content as needed to operate, improve, and secure the Service.

Feedback you send us may be used freely to improve Unfired.ai without obligation to you.

The Service, branding, curricula, and software are owned by Unfired.ai or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific learning outcomes, employment results, or income from skills you practice on the platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNFIRED.AI AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the Service and cancel renewal anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the platform, or fail to pay.

You can delete your account in Profile → Settings, or email support@get.unfired.ai. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, or legal obligations.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new date on this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
